While the company had rapidly grown and was named among the fastest-growing private companies in America, the gap between its online presence and brand was also growing just as fast. The company was diving into commercial projects in addition to large government contracts nationwide. The company needed to reposition itself to reach a new target audience and to elevate its brand as a trusted “game changer” in the market.
The company did not want a traditional concept; they wanted their brand to reflect their core values and the way they do business in order to attract an audience with similar values.
Great stories have always moved people. Accordingly, we identified the core brand story and values, and created a compelling brand video featuring the founder and management team. This became the heart of the new website, followed by a “Meet the Team” section featuring magazine-style brand portraits. Few people read lengthy bios, so we added highlights with custom questions, fun facts, and a mini-gallery of personal photos of the diverse team.
We chose a sophisticated minimalist design for the brand that is consistently carried from the website to all marketing materials, as well as to social media coverage. See the before-and-after visuals of this stunning transformation.
We delivered this-complex project of complete corporate rebranding in less than six weeks, and made an interesting discovery along the way: we realized that company CEO, Sonja Hines’ persona was as powerful as that of her company.
