Dress up and join us for a Vanity Fair style Halloween portrait experience with Joy Rahat at The Conche in Leesburg, VA on October 31st from 4pm to 8pm.
Professional portrait studio will be set up outdoors at The Conche Restaurant, and open to the public. The portrait experience is for adults and you can win one of 3 big prizes from us*:
